A night of wines from the South of France
From the vineyards of Chateau Haut-Blanville
Tuesday, January 24
$15 for Wine and Cheese
The Languedoc-Roussillon wine region of Southern France is the largest wine producing area in the world, and Chateau Haut-Blanville is often named one of the best wineries in the appellation.
Planted in rocky limestone soil at 300 meters altitude, Blanville uses organic and sustainable practices to produce wines that are an excellent expression of the terroir and the grape varietal. The limestone soil of the vineyard coupled with sea spray give freshness and minerality to the wines.
